Job Responsibilities- Motivate and lead a dynamic workforce.
- Recruit, train, and oversee Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids' Club departments to uphold Equinox brand standards – assist in developing schedules and managing payroll budgets.
- Conduct monthly and annual staff performance evaluations.
- Follow monthly ordering timelines and manage supply budgets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for club members.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to support ancillary departments and sales initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of departmental goals and monthly projections.
- Ensure club cleanliness according to Equinox standards.
- Monitor compliance with Risk Management and Loss Prevention procedures – oversee safety and security within the club.
- Assist with additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.
- Flexibility for location reassignments and adaptable schedules based on business needs.
- Proven leadership skills with 1-3 years of management experience in an operational setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Preferred experience in high-touch customer service.
- Effective time management and follow-up skills.
- Experience in financial management.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Details provided through the Assistant General Manager onboarding manual.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Capable of being mobile throughout the facility for extended periods.
