Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Pharmhill Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that inventory is properly stored and secured.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, and manage inventory levels to meet business needs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and team productivity, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role
- Work Setting: Warehouse
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and organized
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English, and the work environment is a warehouse setting.
