We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our Caper Hardware Deployment Ops team. This is a three-month fixed term role based in Brantford, Ontario, requiring in-person office work at least 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient warehouse operations processes to ensure timely and accurate shipment of Caper carts to stores.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory personnel to guarantee precise preparation and recording of warehouse items for shipment.
- Work with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure smooth flow of materials and clear information.
- Develop and improve departmental work instructions and documented procedures to utilize existing systems and technology.
- Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
- Ability to simultaneously manage projects and day-to-day operations with a sense of urgency and without compromising quality.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
