Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Pharmhill Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and supplies
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
