Job Summary

Tenaxx Logistics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and operations
  • Inventory Management
    • Recruit and hire staff to support warehouse operations
    • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
    • Arrange training for staff to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Operational Logistics
    • Conduct performance reviews to assess staff performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies to support warehouse operations
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Work Schedules and Procedures
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
    • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure smooth day-to-day running
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or operations role
