Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at AMP AUTOBODY PANELS LTD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within our retail environment. Your leadership will ensure that our team functions efficiently and effectively, providing excellent service to our customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
Work Environment

This position is situated in a retail service establishment, focusing on the sale of automotive products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise as per company policy.
  • Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
  • Engage in the sale of products to customers.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
  • Manage cash transactions and ensure financial accuracy.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Outlook and other relevant software is essential.

Employment Details
