Position Summary:
We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic leader to join our Presales team and contribute to our ongoing expansion. Success in this role hinges on the ability to operate independently while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee presales operations and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Manage the qualification of presales opportunities, ensuring they receive adequate support.
  • Provide technical leadership in critical engagements, including proof of concepts, benchmarks, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate presales activities with services and support teams.
  • Engage with Siemens and partners to facilitate joint presales efforts and knowledge sharing.
  • Work alongside Maya Marketing to enhance awareness of software products.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and current understanding of Maya HTT's product offerings and solutions.
  • Encourage a culture of trust, diversity of thought, and innovation within the team.
  • Support team development and onboarding of new products.
  • Acknowledge high performance and celebrate achievements.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, or electrical engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software presales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork capabilities, effective communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with experience interacting with colleagues and clients nationally and internationally.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in software presales.
  • Familiarity with simulation software across various domains, including analysis, dynamic simulation, thermal simulation, and more. Experience with Siemens Simcenter tools is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of structural mechanics and finite element analysis concepts.
  • Experience in areas such as CFD, CAE, PLM, CAD, CAM, AI, IoT, and MBSE.
  • Familiarity with vendor products like Siemens, Dassault, PTC, Ansys, Hexagon, and Altair.
  • Experience in developing customer requirements and implementing complex integrated digital solutions.
