NTT DATA Services is seeking a Senior Solutions Expert in Commercial Industries specializing in Travel, Hospitality, Logistics, Transportation, Retail, and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). This role is pivotal in driving our business expansion across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively in business development, presales, and solution creation within the specified industry sectors.
- Collaborate regularly with sales and account management teams to enhance business opportunities.
- Identify and develop industry-specific focus areas, offerings, and solutions that align with strategic account requirements and market trends.
- Work closely with technology and consulting teams to create tailored industry solutions.
- Establish a comprehensive industry ecosystem by partnering with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), hyperscalers, and other technology and service providers.
- Lead engagements with industry analysts and advisors, supporting marketing initiatives related to industry topics.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in facilitating digital transformation across the following industries: Travel, Hospitality, Logistics, Transportation, Retail, and CPG.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales capacity.
Desired Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of current trends in the specified industries.
- Experience in defining industry focus areas and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and consultative skills.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Capability to engage in strategic discussions with business stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals.
- Solid understanding of technology applications for industry and business transformation.
- Ability to devise and implement effective strategies.
