Job Description

We are seeking a self-driven, passionate leader to join our Presales team and support our continued growth. The ability to work autonomously and a friendly, outgoing personality are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee presales operations and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Manage the qualification of presales opportunities and ensure that presales opportunities are appropriately supported.
  • Provide Technical Leadership in critical engagements, including technical proof of concepts, benchmarks, industry best practices, etc.
  • Manage presales activities with services and support groups.
  • Coordinate and support activities with Siemens and Partners, including joint presales engagements, knowledge sharing, and aligning on customer needs.
  • Work with Maya Marketing to raise software product awareness.
  • Present at tradeshows, webinars, and conferences.
  • Maintain broad and up-to-date knowledge of Maya HTT's product portfolio and solutions.
  • Foster trust, promote diversity of thought, and encourage innovation to maintain an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Team development and new product onboarding.
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, or electrical engineering.
  • 3 years Software Presales Experience.
  • The position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Occasional travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Software Presales leadership experience.
  • Use simulation software in one or more domain areas: Analysis, Dynamic Simulation, Thermal Simulation, Flow, Structural, Optimization, Motion Simulation, Durability, and Acoustics. With Siemens Simcenter tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of structural mechanics and finite element concepts; these may include static, dynamic, nonlinear, durability, vibro-acoustics, laminates, mesh adaptivity, thermo-mechanically coupled simulations, and optimization.
  • Experience in some of the following areas: CFD, CAE, PLM, CAD, CAM, AI, IoT, MBSE.
  • Experience with some of the following vendor products: Siemens, Dassault, PTC, Ansys, Hexagon. Altair.
  • Experience in developing customer requirements, deploying complex integrated digital solutions, and realizing operational value.
