About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Americas Presales Manager to join our team at Maya HTT. As a key member of our Presales team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our software and services business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee presales operations and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage the qualification of presales opportunities and ensure that presales opportunities are appropriately supported.

  • Maintain broad and up-to-date knowledge of Maya HTT's product portfolio and solutions to provide expert guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation, diversity of thought, and open communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recognize and reward high performance and drive team growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, or electrical engineering.
  • 3 years of software presales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, suppliers, and customers globally.
  • Occasional travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Software presales leadership experience.
  • Experience with simulation software in one or more domain areas, including analysis, dynamic simulation, thermal simulation, flow, structural, optimization, motion simulation, durability, and acoustics.
  • Knowledge of structural mechanics and finite element concepts, including static, dynamic, nonlinear, durability, vibro-acoustics, laminates, mesh adaptivity, thermo-mechanically coupled simulations, and optimization.
  • Experience in areas such as CFD, CAE, PLM, CAD, CAM, AI, IoT, and MBSE.
  • Experience with vendor products such as Siemens, Dassault, PTC, Ansys, Hexagon, and Altair.
  • Experience in developing customer requirements, deploying complex integrated digital solutions, and realizing operational value.
