Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible quality and value.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
