Job SummaryThe Head of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of Durable, ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services to customers. This includes managing customer relationships, financial performance, human resources, and working closely with senior leaders to develop business strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective product and service management.
- Drive financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and defining key performance indicators.
- Lead the human resources function, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to develop and implement long-term business plans.
