We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Nordik Spa-Nature. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our various dining venues, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our dining venues, including Restö, Panorama Lounge, Mëzz Café, Biërgarden, and Shack.
  • Service Standards: Ensure adherence to high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness in all dining areas.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, inspire, and nurture a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary diploma in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French.

Work Schedule:
