Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Nordik Spa-Nature. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our various dining venues, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our dining venues, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and develop a team of food and beverage professionals, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all food and beverage operations are in compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary diploma in hospitality or a related field.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficiency in menu planning, inventory management, and financial analysis.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French.
