Job Summary:

Nordik Spa-Nature is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our various service outlets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the operations of our service outlets, including the Restö, Panorama Lounge, Mëzz Café, Biërgarden, and Shack;
  • Ensure compliance with standards and laws on alcoholic beverages, hygiene, sanitation, occupational health and safety;
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to provide a high level of service to customers;
  • Ensure the health and safety of all employees and guests is maintained at all times;
  • Create an engaging and dynamic environment where all team members work together as a cohesive unit;
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure a consistent experience for our customers;
  • Recruit, select, and train staff to meet the needs of our business;
  • Participate in employee development and performance management;
  • Optimize revenues by developing strategies, practices, and promotions;
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • A post-secondary diploma;
  • Three (3) years of relevant food service experience;
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails (an asset);
  • Bilingualism in French and English.

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week (full-time);
  • Must be available weekends and holidays; Mix of early morning and evening/night shifts.
