**Supervisor, Food and Beverage**

The food and beverage services at Nordik Spa-Nature enhance and elevate our visitors' experience. With five different dining options (Restö, Panorama Lounge, Mëzz Café, Biërgarden, and Shack), the food and beverage team extends the wellness ritual into a revitalizing experience. Locally sourced food and drinks, served by attentive artisans, bring farm-to-table dining to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the operations of various service points (Restö, Panorama Lounge, Mëzz Café, Biërgarden, and Shack);
- Ensure compliance with standards and laws regarding alcoholic beverages, hygiene, sanitation, occupational health and safety;
- Manage and motivate teams to provide a high level of service to customers;
- Ensure the health and safety of all employees and guests at all times;
- Monitor opening/closing procedures and shift changes;
- Create an engaging and dynamic environment where all artisans work as a team to achieve high performance;
- Work with managers of all other departments to ensure a consistent experience for our clients;
- Ensure all employees adhere to presentation standards (uniforms, personal hygiene, etc.);
- Perform any other administrative tasks as needed.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Three (3) years of relevant experience in food service as a server or bartender;
- Experience as a supervisor or team leader;
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails (an asset).

**Work Schedule**:

- Must be available on weekends and holidays;
- The work schedule will include evening or early morning hours;
