Accommodation Services Director

Mount Alverno Resort and Retreat is seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient resort operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and services for our resort
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to staff to improve performance
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and move around the resort
