Concrete Finisher

Mima Concrete Ltd. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Fills hollows and removes spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Applies hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, ensuring a durable and long-lasting finish.
- This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Accurate and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent client focus and communication skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Team player with a strong sense of dependability.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in concrete finishing.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
