Concrete Finisher

Mima Concrete Ltd. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and prevent damage.
- This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Regular bending, crouching, and kneeling are necessary to complete tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure high-quality finishes.
- We are looking for someone who is accurate, client-focused, flexible, and a team player.
- Dependability is essential in this role, as you will be working independently and as part of a team.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete finishing is required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is necessary.
