Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary
The Major Account Executive is a key role at ICU Medical, responsible for driving sales and services to new and existing customers. This position requires a strong understanding of complex product solutions and services, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve all sales quotas and objectives
- Master presentation skills and command technical knowledge of ICU Medical products
- Know the strengths and weaknesses of competing products in the market
- Assess customer contract compliance and overall performance
- Complete a strategic business plan for the territory and execute on each action item
- Identify and establish relationships with all buying influences
- Work on special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of medical sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of pharmacy interfacing sales experience for disposables
- Proven track record of meeting quota/growth in territory and developing existing customer relationships
Work Environment
This is a field-based role, requiring frequent travel and the ability to work in a home office setting. The employee must hold a valid driver's license and comply with the Authorized Driver Policy.
