About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, introducing our products or services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential customers via phone and email to promote our products or services
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Present the features and benefits of our products or services in a compelling manner
- Provide accurate information about our products or services and answer customer questions
- Make quotes and order entries into our system
- Track leads and sales opportunities until the sale is closed
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives set by management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Requirements
- Bilingualism (French and English) both written and spoken
- Previous experience in sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Results-oriented with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales objectives
- Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and understand their needs
- Practical knowledge of IT tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
