At CANWING TRAVEL LTD, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Marketing and Communications: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including website content, and conduct online marketing and e-commerce activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • Permanent Full-Time Position: 30 hours per week.
