We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ncube & Landry LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language
