Role Overview
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Expense Operations team for a 1-year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end expense processing, including accurately and timely processing of invoices, assessing and recording intercompany transactions, and collaborating with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee centralized global vendor payments for investment-related expenses
- Process investment-related invoices according to company policy and standards
- Assist stakeholders on expense-related matters and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Process month-end/quarter-end/year-end journal entries, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
- Support project initiatives related to expense processing
- Participate in creating and executing new procedures and controls to ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in corporate or investment finance
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing investment business and technology environment
