Job Title: Expense Operations Analyst

At CPP Investments, we are seeking a highly skilled Expense Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Expense Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of investment-related expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the centralized global vendor payments for investment-related expenses in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Process investment-related invoices accurately and timely, adhering to company policy and standards.
  • Assist stakeholders on expense-related matters and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Process month-end/quarter-end/year-end journal entries, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations.
  • Support project initiatives related to expense processing as required.
  • Participate in the creation and execution of new procedures and controls to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent, with a professional accounting designation preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in corporate or investment finance.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills and other Microsoft Office applications, with an aptitude for learning new software applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistently high levels of accuracy.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing investment business and technology environment.
