Job Description

Zoom X Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our logistics department, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources: Manage the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish departments: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate work: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Financial management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Objectives and policies: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work hours: 35 hours per week.
