About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at HIGHEND KITCHEN CABINETS LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, establishing office procedures, and scheduling appointments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
