About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Angels Daycare. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Activity Leadership: Lead activities that foster learning and growth, such as storytelling, singing, and educational outings.
  • Child Support: Engage children in activities that promote socialization, creativity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Observation and Reporting: Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents and guardians.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college or CEGEP diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
