About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sustainability Lead to join our team at Bracell. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sustainability strategies that drive business growth and minimize our environmental footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sustainability Reporting: Lead the development of our annual sustainability report, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of transparency and accountability.
  • Sustainability Strategy: Collaborate with our leadership team to evolve and execute our sustainability strategy, aligning it with our business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and NGOs, to promote our sustainability initiatives and values.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and communications, to integrate sustainability into our business practices and culture.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends, research, and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform our sustainability strategy and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or business administration.
  • Experience: Proven track record of managing sustainability initiatives, with a focus on carbon emissions reduction and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as LEED AP, GRI Certified, or CEM, are an asset.
