Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Administrative Support Specialist** to enhance our operational efficiency at **Cherry Creek Property Services Ltd**. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily functions within our office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate staff consultations and manage grievance procedures.
  • Oversee and direct daily operational activities.
  • Plan and organize daily office functions effectively.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls, relaying messages and inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain inventory by ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence, forms, and various documents.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy.
Qualifications
