Key Responsibilities- Facilitate staff consultations and manage grievance procedures.
- Oversee and direct daily operational activities.
- Plan and organize daily office functions effectively.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, relaying messages and inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain inventory by ordering office supplies as needed.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence, forms, and various documents.
- Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective time management capabilities.
We are looking for candidates with:
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
- A commitment to a permanent position.
- Proficiency in English as the working language.
- A willingness to work 35 hours per week.
