Looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic school environment? We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team at School District #6 (Rocky Mountain).
Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our school office. This includes providing a high level of customer service, responding to correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing and photocopying materials, and performing clerical work related to purchasing and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including responding to correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
- Schedule appointments and prepare and photocopy materials as required.
- Perform clerical work related to purchasing and accounting, including collecting cash, issuing receipts, and preparing cash statements.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with school staff, students, parents, and the public.
- Provide occasional student supervision in the absence of supervisor.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related Student Information Systems (SIS).
Benefits:
