Job Summary

Cherry Creek Property Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the planning and organization of daily operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
