What will you doYou will utilise market intelligence, analytics, financial data and scenario planning to develop strategies that influence the key areas of RGM across Price, Promotion, PPA, Mix and Trade Spend Efficiency. You will achieve this by developing close working relationships with cross-functional teams, leveraging existing expertise within the sales, marketing and finance teams to help inform decisions and to track success.
Critical to the success of the role will be your ability to take the lead in change management across the sales, marketing and finance communities to drive a revenue management mindset and ultimately embed the strategies into ‘business as usual’ activity.
Who you are:To be considered for the role, you will demonstrate the following:
- Proven relevant experience in RGM, NRM, MS&P, Commercial Excellence, Sales, Finance, Customer Marketing
- Experience from FMCG, agencies or Retailers – Ideally with multi-channel experience
- Proven ability to achieve results in a matrix organisation with cross functional teams, underpinned by propensity to build relationships & navigate complex decision-making processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience of scenario modelling & data led decision making
- Excellent communication and confident presenting skills, including in matters that are complex and deal with multiple stakeholder interests, and with Senior Management
- Assertive & principled style
This role provides the opportunity for you to help drive both growth and return on investment for many of our leading consumer brands in the UK, combined with the opportunity to work with our European revenue management workstream to share knowledge and help foster consistency across markets.
In return we offer a competitive salary and benefits package including private health care, attractive pension scheme with 10% employer contribution, bonus earning potential, car cash allowance, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays and local incentives.
LocationThis position will be based at our new office in Didsbury, Manchester 3 days per week, 2 days home based.
