Currently operating as a fully online university specializing in MBA and EMBA programs, the university has approximately 5,000 enrolled students in Canada. Recognizing the immense growth potential in this market, we are actively searching for a Head of Growth - Canada who will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey from end-to-end.


What you will do:


  • Own the customer journey for our Canadian Market from first conversion of the user to becoming a student
  • Define conversion strategy throughout the customer acquisition funnel
  • Identify and prioritize initiatives based on data to drive growth
  • Directly lead marketing teams to ensure optimized positioning and a conversion-oriented customer journey
  • Closely collaborate with other teams and units (e.g., performance marketing, sales) to improve overall results
  • Measure success along defined metrics / KPIs and leverage insights for continuous improvement


Who you are:


  • Successfully completed university degree in business, economics, or a related field
  • Multiple years of experience in a startup, high-growth company, consulting, or a similar high-paced environment
  • Strong data acumen with experience in making data-driven decisions
  • Experience with steering a team, leveraging cross-unit resources, and external service providers to implement marketing initiatives
  • Experience with customer-centric and target-group-focused communication
  • Ideally, experience in a conversion-oriented B2C environment such as e-commerce
  • Ideally, experience with marketing in an international environment and in a go-to-market setting
  • Hands-on mentality and drive to ensure implementation by overcoming challenges independently
  • Business fluent written and spoken English
