About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at SSCI. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to our products and services.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring creative solutions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their issues are understood and resolved.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer support.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as computer science or engineering.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
