Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be based in the Saskatchewan region, with some travel required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring excellence in all facets of customer service, leaving our guests with memorable impressions.
- Possess the ability to manage personnel effectively. You are an innovative thinker who can attract, develop, and mentor a high-performing team that achieves results.
- Be analytical, with a focus on optimization. Collaborate closely with your team to meet operational objectives successfully.
- Enhance sales and implement growth strategies to elevate overall store performance.
- Achieve financial targets by analyzing profit and loss statements, forecasting, planning, and ensuring locations meet budgetary goals.

- Share your knowledge and experience generously, acting as a professional coach and mentor.
- Be self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible. You are a natural problem solver who leads by example.
- Represent Chatters LP with professionalism at all times.
- Three to five years of experience in multi-site leadership or management, preferably within the beauty or retail sectors.
- A professional and innovative leader capable of directing change management and delivering results.
- Willingness to travel and availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Organized and capable of multitasking with strong time management skills.
- Expertise in store operations, with the ability to execute action plans for success.
- Team management skills, with the ability to attract, coach, develop, and implement a positive, high-performing team.
- Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new applications and systems.
