Regional Operations Manager

Savage Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee our Western Canada Asphalt Terminals. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the asphalt production and distribution process.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of operations staff to ensure safe and efficient asphalt production and distribution
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of company assets
- Collaborate with customers and logistics teams to ensure smooth and safe operations
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the asphalt production and distribution industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
