- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about our products and services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the management of our finances, including preparing and submitting expense reports, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including sales reports, customer satisfaction reports, and other relevant reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
