Job Title: Sales Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Beauty Collection Inc.

Job Summary:

The Sales Secretary will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and seminars
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, sales calls, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize sales performance
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments, meetings, and events
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support sales efforts
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries
  • Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
  • Flexibility, organization, accuracy, and reliability
