About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager Data Governance and Architecture to lead our data governance and architecture initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance policies, standards, and best practices across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Development and Implementation of Data Governance Policies
  • Oversee the Design and Evolution of Our Enterprise Data Architecture
  • Spearhead the Data as a Service Initiative
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership to Align Data Strategies with Business Objectives
  • Manage a Team of Enterprise Data Architects and Governance Specialists
  • Ensure Compliance with Data Privacy Regulations and Industry Standards
  • Drive Data Quality Improvement Initiatives and Establish Data Quality Metrics
  • Develop and Maintain Data Catalogs and Metadata Repositories
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration on Data-Related Projects
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience in Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture, or Related Fields
  • Proven Track Record of Successfully Implementing Large-Scale Data Initiatives
  • Strong Understanding of Data Management Technologies and Enterprise Data Model Concepts
  • Experience with Data as a Service Concepts and Implementation
  • Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Related Field
