We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at emergiTEL Inc.
Job SummaryThe Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This includes arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, reviewing HR projects for compliance with laws and regulations, and providing training to staff.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Review HR projects for compliance with laws and regulations
- Provide training to staff
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Manage contracts
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Provide customer service
- Maintain and manage digital databases
- Coordinate the flow of information
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Organized and accurate
- Client-focused and reliable
- Time management and accountability
The Human Resources Administrator will work in a hybrid environment with a mix of remote and in-office work.
