Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Emergitel Inc.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This includes arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, reviewing HR projects for compliance with laws and regulations, and providing training to staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Train staff on HR policies and procedures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Provide customer service to employees and management
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office and human resources software
Work Environment

The Human Resources Administrator will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work. The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
