Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients' facilities are safe and clean.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure that our services meet their expectations.
- Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work environment is fast-paced and requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Language and HoursThe primary language of work is English, and the work schedule is 32 hours per week.
