Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at ELSHAHIR CLEANING CORP. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
