Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Stainwhite Cleaning Ltd. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas that require attention and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all payments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
