Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect facilities to identify any areas that require attention and implement measures to address these issues.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend additional services required to maintain facilities, such as painting or repairs.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure that cleaning operations are carried out efficiently.
