Cleaning Operations Manager

Premium Cleaning Services is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and maintenance, with experience in supervising staff and ensuring high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure seamless communication with team members.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in cleaning and maintenance.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative and reliability.
