Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Service Management Tools team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign to optimize business operations
  • Provide technical direction and architecture for design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
  • Perform custom or out-of-the-box demonstrations to showcase ServiceNow capabilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices to ensure successful implementation
  • Produce detailed functional design documents to match client requirements
  • Collaborate with other Technical Architects to produce technical specifications for custom development and systems integration requirements
  • Participate in effort estimates and provide inputs to ensure accurate project planning
  • Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training
Requirements
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies and experience working in a dynamic technical organization
  • Organized and analytical, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent preferred
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow configuration and custom development
  • Broad experience with a wide range of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, IRM, and SecOps)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex solutions
  • Experience with project methodologies and ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexity
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional services or customer support operations
  • 3-6 years of ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation experience
  • Proven Solutions consulting experience
