About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our Service Management Technology team at Scotiabank. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the overall design of the ServiceNow platform and ensuring it meets the technical requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign to optimize business processes
  • Provide architecture and technical direction for design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects to produce technical specifications for custom development and systems integration requirements
  • Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies and comfortable in a dynamic technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
Requirements
  • S. degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent preferred
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow configuration and custom development
  • Broad experience with a wide range of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, IRM and SecOps)
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture
  • Experience managing expectations and priorities
  • 3-6 years of ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation experience
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexity
