Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Architect

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our Service Management Technology team at Scotiabank. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign to ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet the business needs of our clients.
  • Provide architecture and technical direction for design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with other Technical Architects to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
  • Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow configuration and custom development.
  • Broad experiences with a wide range of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, IRM, and SecOps).
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture, and experience managing expectations and priorities.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexity.
